حصلت مهندسه إنجي على بكالوريوس الهندسة بتقدير امتياز مع مرتبة الشرف و أصبحت معيدًا في جامعة القاهرة عام ٢٠١٧. خلال رحلتها التدريسية التي امتدت الى ٦ سنوات، تخصصت إنجي في تدريس المواد التأسيسية مثل الاستاتيكا و مقاومة المواد. تتمتع بحس تدريسي مميز مما جعلها تلقب بلقب “قيثارة الشرح”
